Can you help with
offline marketing, online marketing, or both?
There are a couple of
reasons why we recommend online marketing:
It's
much cheaper than offline marketing, partly because of
less competition and partly because the methods we use
are highly effective.
A
website is a very useful as an automation tool to
automate communications with customers. It's especially
useful if you normally have to follow up many times with
a prospect before you make the sale.
However, it is still
important to integrate your offline and online promotions
so they work well together. Many projects we do for clients involve some
online marketing and some offline marketing.

Where are your clients
based?

clients come from all around South Africa, and a couple from overseas.
Although our head office is in Pretoria, most of our clients are located
in other citiesa. We deal with provincial clients via telephone, email,
fax etc, and the occasional face-to-face meeting.

What's your philosophy
when it comes to marketing?
Marketing
is about producing sales results. That means, selling more
services to more people more often for more money. And how to allocate
your resources in your business to achieve this outcome (with the one
proviso that your marketing must be 100% ethical).
We won't waste your money
on “branding” initiatives that get no results. Everything we do is
designed to generate a tangible monetary return for your business in the
minimum possible time.

That
depends on your definition of the term "marketing plan". We don't prepare
formal documents that end up sitting on your bookshelf collecting dust. We

Do you build websites?
Yes, we
do, but our web development philosophy is a little different from most web
design companies. We focus on building you a website that sells.
For this reason, most of our website packages include some marketing
consulting, professional copywriting and traffic generation in addition to
web design per se. If you're only looking for graphic design we
mightn't be a good match.
